1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions define the rules governing the use of the aldotours.com website, as well as the conditions applicable to the booking and execution of services provided by Aldo Tours.

Each service is subject to a personalized quotation and a specific contract.
3. Booking & Payment
3.1 Request for Quotation
Any service request must be submitted via:

- telephone
- or an in-person meeting
A quotation request does not commit the client until a written agreement is validated.
3.2 Confirmation
The booking becomes effective only after:
- Approval of the signed quotation
- Payment of a deposit (between 30% and 50%, depending on the service)
- Confirmation of availability (accommodation, activities, transportation, etc.)
3.3 Payment Methods
Payments can be made by:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- Secure online payment
Aldo Tours reserves the right to suspend any service in case of non-payment.
4. Cancellation & Modification
4.1 Cancellation by the Client
Any cancellation must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation fees may apply based on the progress of the project:
- More than 30 days: 20% of the total amount
- 15 to 30 days: 50%
- Less than 15 days: 100%
These conditions may vary depending on partner policies (hotels, transport, artists, etc.).
4.2 Cancellation by Aldo Tours
In the event of force majeure, Aldo Tours may cancel a service and will offer:
- a postponement,
- a partial or full refund,
- or an equivalent alternative solution.
5. Liability
Aldo Tours acts as an intermediary between the client and its service providers (hotels, restaurants, transport companies, event venues, etc.).
Aldo Tours cannot be held liable for:
- Delays or cancellations caused by external providers
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
- Weather conditions
- Unforeseen events or force majeure
- Fraudulent use of data transmitted online
However, Aldo Tours will support the client and make every effort to provide adequate solutions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on aldotours.com (texts, images, videos, logos, design, etc.) is the exclusive property of Aldo Tours unless stated otherwise.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited without written permission.
